“Villa W-18 was our first villa project in the Emirates Hills and our prime success story to date. As Luxury Home Stagers and Interior Designers with real estate sales as our main destination our final goal is to get those offers on the table and perhaps start a bidding war which is exactly what took place on the 30th day of our staging duration during the open house we held at the property. Even we did not expect a rise of 1million dollars in price after we staged it as we only hoped that it would be a “good “project to have in our portfolio. Apparently staging worked beyond our expectations and did increase the price as well as help get it sold within 30 days as opposed to 1 year on the market inviting only window shoppers and low ball offers.
This project took place at Dubai’s renowned luxury neighborhood known as Emirates Hills, which is a world-class development boasting paramount wealth and beauty combined in an unsurpassed master plan community.
We set the platform and took this spectacular development to a whole new level. This contemporary villa has been built to the highest quality standard and shows off 9,500 sqft of pure minimalism. The open layout offers natural light throughout the entire space while the ground floor elegantly portrays an idyllic water feature, with a formal living and dining area glazed with atrium doors leading to the garden.
