House in the heart of Valencia is a project designed by La Finca Roja Studio. “We project the reform of a 175m2 house in one of the best streets of Valencia. The approach of this project is to keep the noble area of the house open towards the views of the Paterre and the historical ficus seen from the balcony. A Woodwork Enthusiast’s Home is a project designed by ZMY Design. The overall space is characterized by concise and simplistic design languages. Not restricted by styles or labels, the design rethinks what home means for us. Areia House designed by Raulino Silva is located in Árvore, in an urban allotment very close to the beach of Areia, Vila do Conde. Eastwood Residence is a project designed by Searl Lamaster Howe Architects. The defining characteristic of this house is its contextual responsiveness. While contemporary in expression, it relates to its location in Chicago’s leafy Lincoln Square neighborhood. in a number of ways. Its scale aligns with the surrounding century-old houses. The generous front porch repeats a common detail of the block and serves as a spot to hangout and socialize with neighbors. Facing Fuchun River and backed by Huang Gongwang forest park, Greentown · Rose Garden designed by GFD draws on Oriental philosophy of naturalness and coexistence, and provides a courtyard residence that features a Chinese-style aesthetic as well as a secluded lifestyle.

The project is located in Dalian, a Chinese city that boasts beautiful scenery. ONE-CU, the interior design firm, injected sentiment and humanism into the residence via creating a unique ambience. The space is storytelling, which presents a “dreamland”.
