The plan comprises of two pavilions linked by a long north south verandah. The larger pavilion houses living/kitchen and dining while the master bedroom and ensuite is a completely separate building. This layout ensures most spaces enjoy the view panorama and are saturated in light. From the street the house is set back with a steep drive emphasising the living room cantilever rising over the carport and main entry to the house.
Materials externally create a rich and robust façade of rusty corten and char black vertical boarding with a small plunge pool tucked in front of the master bedroom pavilion.
