This apartment designed by Juliana Garcia Arquitetura is a renovation project located in the city of São Paulo. Among the client’s requested premises are the integration of the kitchen with the living room/TV area, the possibility of expanding the square footage of the social area, and its potential use for a home office. The Woorarra House renovation project designed by Rptecture Architects embarked on a journey to transform an existing farmhouse into a luxurious family retreat, blending the charm of the original structure with modern amenities. Located in the picturesque Yarra Valley, the design aimed to capture breath taking vistas, harmonise with the surrounding wineries, and achieve a cohesive aesthetic. Native Dog Cabin is a project designed by Chindarsi Architects. The site sits on a spur of land jutting out into the Southern Ocean between Bremer Bay and Dillon Bay. Enjoying ocean views to the east, south and west, it is surrounded by beaches and wild places. The peninsula was subdivided into large acreage lots in the early 1990’s and sold for residential development with restrictions on land clearing only to within small building envelopes to preserve the coastal landscape. Woodland Retreat is a project designed by Cuppett Kilpatrick Architecture + Interior Design. Nestled within the urban forest, this intimate hideaway is intended to weather quietly into surrounding canopies of elm and oak. New native and adapted plantings hug its compact footprint. Urban elegance defines the Collingwood residence, a cosmopolitan haven for a family of seven. $500K budget decorated the 425sqm interior across level nine and ten, encompassing multiple sitting areas, kitchen, dining, retreats, main bedroom suite and children’s bedrooms. Clarksville Infill is a project designed by Cuppett Kilpatrick Architecture + Interior Design. This new home, located in a historic district in downtown Austin, was designed to blend within the context of shade trees and bungalows. Originally built in the 1980s, the clubhouse served as a social center for residents, offering a pool, gym, and multi-purpose salon. Ridgecrest Residence is a project designed by Clayton Korte. Perched on a hilltop in the West Lake Hills with a peek of downtown Austin, the Ridgecrest residence renovates and adds to a mid-century modern home, doubling its size. The 5,574-square-foot residence is designed to take advantage of the valley views and encourage seamless indoor and outdoor living experiences while using materials respectful of the place and details of the original 1970s home. Glazing along the south walls brings in abundant natural light and wraps around the outdoor living oasis with an existing pool and patio (floor-to-ceiling windows account for over 40% of the exterior).
