The house designd by Rex Lin Architects is situated in a heritage overlay zone with height control. The site area is approximately 808 sqm and has a steep slope from the entry to the back. The design has radically modified the slope to create a flat level for the entire internal space and garden, making it user-friendly and complying with the height restriction from a covenant on the title.
