Penthouse S is a project designed by destilat. A building task within a complex architectural structure: pigeons once perched on the balcony of what is now a luxurious penthouse with a view of Linz’s historical old town. In planning the two-story loft, greatestcare was given to setting generous lines of sight. Selective views and vistas bring a sense of vastness to the space.
Thomas Building Group have recently completed a new project in San Francisco, CA. A unique project, the property was in the backyard of the home, which gave us some new challenges and exciting options. Vertical siding added to the overall height and varied level structure of the home. The project has an open floor plan with incredible views of San Francisco.
This new penthouse was bought on plan from a project developer. The client came to JUMA for the entire redesign of the proposed interior. The complete new layout also had implications for the outside facades. As such, JUMA also determined part of the outside architecture.
