Cave House By Alexandre de Betak, Majorca.

The house is stylized as cave so there are not many straight angles. Everything inside and outside is done by Alexandre de Betak himself who is designer, an events producer, and art director, who’s worked on Dior’s and Rodarte’s fashion shows. Alexandre de Betak wanted to make a perfect place for summer getaway and what can be better than a house byt the sea? The house is eco-friendly you can see there’s lot of wood beams and other finishing. There’s also a guest cabin built around the tree which was created a lot of trouble for builders.

Chalet Indigo, Megéve.

Located in Mont d’Arbois, this is one of very few luxury chalets in the resort that is truly “ski in, ski out”. Situated on the Baron de Rothschild′s land, Chalet Indigo impresses from the front door. The indoor pool is found on the ground floor, offering variable depth and can also be converted into a conference room with the jacuzzi and hammam alongside. The home-cinema is also transformable – think cinema come nightclub, fully equipped with bar, deep sofas, equipment for a DJ and a karaoke machine; an adaptable space, perfect for either use. The stunning first floor living room is vast, joining the dining room with relaxing nooks, all of which open onto a terrace overlooking the piste.

Private Villa By Marco Piva, Como.

The project of this villa, situated in the suggestive location of Como Lake (Italy), consisted of the internal and external renovation of the lot and its interior design. The construction was really degraded, completely abandoned. The concept design was developed thinking of a contemporary style and seeking for alternatives to guarantee that the project is developed according to client’s requests and objectives of a villa with and oppulent atmosphere, confort, tranquility. The aim of this concept design is the harmonization between residence and nature.The key element of the project has been to develop a continuity between the formal structure and its framework, privileging light colors and natural materials in harmony with the surrounding green areas, for a pleasant, cozy and elegant global scene. Silverhurst House by SAOTA, VIVID, and ARRCC

SAOTA – Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects together with VIVID Architects and ARRCC designed the Silverhurst House in Cape Town, South Africa.An elegant contemporary country villa arranged around a double volume sky-lit entrance, waterfeature and courtyard which opens onto a large rolling garden (with VIVID Architects).

The Luxury Diva Holiday Resort, Maldives.

The Maldives is famous for its breathtaking beauty and crystal-clear blue seas, and the luxurious Diva resort is an ideal destination to sample this beauty. The tranquil location, removed from the complexities of modern day life, is a haven for swimming and snorkeling. The islands of the Malidives are renowned for its marine diversity, and with guests at Diva only an hour away from some of the best diving locations in the world, seeing 20 feet whale sharks is a daily occurrence. Guests have the option of staying in water villas based in the islands lagoon, which feature an exclusive stairway leading down to the water, allowing you to dive when the wish arises. The villa`s are finished using local Maldivian wood flooring, Egyptian cotton sheets and Pierre Frey fabrics from Paris which give bedrooms a warm and luxurious feel. The décor follows on from the lagoon colour, with hints of turquoise and shades of beige and ochre.
