HOUSE +++ designed by Francesco Pierazzi Architects involves the remodelling of a large semi-detached Victorian house, built approximately between 1885 and 1911 in West Dulwich, for a family who needed to rationalize their long neglected house to transform it into a sequence of suggestive spaces culminating with the large garden. Maisonette in Notting Hill is a project designed by Francesco Pierazzi Architects. The property, a maisonette arranged on upper ground and first floor levels, is set within a 1980s terrace overlooking a similar development designed in 1976 by Sir Terry Farrell and Sir Nicholas Grimshaw.
