Casa JC is a project designed by Mário Alves arquiteto. Inserted in a subdivision located in Quinta da Portela, Coimbra, the land is situated in the middle of the hill. 5ª Avenida is a project designed by Mário Alves arquiteto. The project is located in one of the oldest streets in the Aveiro city, where the architectural richness of the old facades is a hallmark of the city.
