Recently delivered by the construction company, this apartment was unfinished and had very little circulation when the architect Suellen Figueiredo took over the renovation: her main challenge was to create spacious and comfortable environments in a very small space, while still thinking about aesthetics and, besides of all, at the best cost benefit, as the budget was limited.
