This rooms remodeling is a project designed by box: arquitectos associados. The project approach to the remodeling accommodation units, is based on two remarkable pre-existing principles. It is a building marked by its strong connection to the Japanese garden, developing around it, in a traditional central garden environment. As a flagship hotel as well as the first InterContinental hotel in Northwest China, InterContinental Xi’an North is located in the CBD of Xi’an Economic & Technological Development Zone, where economy, politics, culture and commerce converge. Through adopting magnificent design languages, CCD reproduces and showcases the glory of Xi’an for thousands of years to guests around the globe.

The project by CCD is hidden in a valley of Huangshan Scenic Area, near the Yungu Temple. Sitting at an altitude of 800 meters, the resort hotel is surrounded by mountains, clouds and mist. It embraces nature, and provides a serene environment.

Oxyrest Villa, an architectural nymph residing in the rainforest, designed by Zhang Can and Li Wenting, can be perceived as a breathy specimen of oxygen hedonism. The Canine & Feline Hotel designed by Raulino Architect is located in Parada, Vila do Conde and the main program consists of temporary dog and cat accommodation, a hotel where the animals stay for a few days, during holidays or professional travel of their owners. The Hotel Maritim designed by Dom Arquitectura is located on Roses beach promenade wanted to renovate the entire ground floor. Updating the common spaces, while still maintaining their same existing uses. The hotel’s ground floor is divided into three areas: the hall and reception, the bar, and the terrace.
BLUR is an upcoming 5 star boutique hotel designed by BAD. Built by Associative Data located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Beirut city, facing Mediterranean Sea. The driving forces behind the concept are the vistas and the strong relationship with the water. The façade treatment gives the impression of a wet feel to the building; a sort of Mirage or Blur.
